Shipment Processing Time

We ship via FedEx, UPS, and USPS. A tracking number will be provided within 3-5 business days after your order has been shipped. Shipping times are estimates only; exact delivery dates will be provided after purchase or upon request. Please allow additional time for transit. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Delivery will be made to the address you provide within the United States. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have provided the correct delivery address and any special delivery instructions.

How much do you charge for shipping?

You can view an estimate of your shipping charges by adding an item to your cart and entering your zip code.

My package has shipped but hasn't arrived yet. Why?

Please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number for the most up-to-date delivery status. Delivery priority is determined by the carrier and shipping method selected. If the carrier is holding your package, please contact them directly for assistance.

Damages

DOSE OF HEALTH LLC is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods until the claim is resolved.
